When you use our website or buy a toy from us, you agree to these terms.
About Us
We give old toys a second chance by cleaning them up, fixing them, and helping them find new homes. Each toy is unique and may have small signs of previous love or wear.
Our Toys
Each toy is one of a kind. We do our best to show clear photos and honest descriptions. Colors and small details might look a little different in person. Once a toy is adopted or sold, it is no longer available to others.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. We use safe payment systems such as Stripe and Google Pay. Prices can change at any time.
Safety
Some of our restored toys are better suited for collectors or gentle play. They may not meet current safety standards for very young children. Please supervise children during play.
Shipping and Delivery
We send orders within New Zealand and sometimes overseas if requested. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once your toy has been sent.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
